لقد كان انجاز ذلك الأمر بالنسبة لكارا كينغسدال سهل جدا . فقد كانت صحفية محترفة وقد خدمها الحظ فى ان تحصل على موعد لأجراء مقابلة مع الكاتب المشهور و الصعب فندلين غاجدوسك . و لكن كارا لم تستطع الذهاب و طلبت من شقيقتها ان تذهب بلا منها الى تشيكوسلفكيا منتحلة شخصيتها .كانت فابيا تعرف انه ليس من السهل خداع رجل مثل فين . ولكن وقوعها فى حبه زاد الأمر تعقيدا

لا تستطيع عنبر ان تلوم دايسون سيلفر فعلاً لأخذه ادنى فكرة ممكنة عنها, ففي الظروف التي قابلها فيها , من يستطيع ان يلومه ؟ بعد كل شيء , كيف يمكنه ان يعرف ان عنبر في تلك الليلة كانت ضائعة ووحيدة وخائفة اكثر من اي شيء في حياتها , وكان سلوكها غير عادي, على أية حال, هي لم تفكر بأنها ستقابله ثانية , الأسطورة التعيسة اصبحت خلفها ولن تفكر بها من جديد , لكنها فعلاً التفت دايسون من جديد , ومرة اخرى سعت لتعطيه سبباً آخر ليحتقرها ولا يأتمنها ! كيف يمكنها ان تكيف الاشياء؟
