Steps To Be Happy

Alot of us people have this big sad side. Some are coaping with it
and some are not, Some are accepting it and some sre not.
In life a person can only take one road. And when he does he must
not regret his choice, But can try solving his problems in many ways.
I really think its important for us to learn loving and apreciating our
selves, cause if we dont no one els will.
As a start learn to be happy:
in 6 Steps:
1. Figure out what is important to you in life.
2. Think about times when you have felt happy, good or *******.
3. Decide to make more time in your life to do more of what is important to you and makes you feel happier.
4. Start with little things and work up to bigger ones.
5. Focus on what is positive about yourself, others and life in general instead of dwelling on the negative.
6. Appreciate what is working in your life right now[/SIZE[/SIZE[/b]]]
